Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The Free plan is free forever — no card required. You only need a card when upgrading to Pro or Ultra.

How does the MT5 sync work?

Two ways. On every plan, you drop one small file on a chart in your own MetaTrader; it sends your trades to VELQUOR every 10 seconds, and your broker password never leaves your machine. There is no limit on how many accounts you connect that way. On Pro and Ultra you can skip the install: enter your login and we run MetaTrader for you in our cloud, around the clock — one account on Pro, up to three on Ultra.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your settings at any time — no questions asked. You keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period, then the account drops to Free. Your trades are not deleted; deleting the account is a separate, deliberate action.

What brokers are supported?

Any MetaTrader 5 broker worldwide — IC Markets, Pepperstone, FTMO live accounts, Blueberry, and any other MT5 broker. Demo and live accounts both work.

What is the trade copier?

VELQUOR's built-in copier mirrors every trade from your leader MT5 to follower accounts, typically in under a second. Pro includes 1 copy group with 1 follower. Ultra includes 3 groups with up to 5 followers each.

What does Ultra add over Pro?

Capacity. Pro connects 1 MT5 account through our cloud and copies to 1 follower. Ultra connects up to 3 accounts through our cloud and runs 3 copy groups with up to 5 followers each. Both can sync any number of accounts from your own MetaTrader. Everything else, including priority support, is in both.

Is my trading data private?

Your data is encrypted at rest, stored in the EU and isolated per account with row-level security. Your own MetaTrader signs in with a personal key; a cloud login is encrypted and kept on our own server, never in the main database. Nobody else can access your data.
